The Outreach program (1999) of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia is a program aimed at young people, local communities, the media and work with regional justice systems – support to national judiciaries in order to familiarize themselves with the work of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
