The letter was published by Haris Jusufovic, a history teacher in Sarajevo. It is an attempt by an individual to re-examine the attitude of the authorities in war-time Sarajevo to persons of another nationality, specifically to the Serbs. The author calls for the confrontation with crimes against Serbs in Sarajevo and for the processing of responsible – commanders and perpetrators.
