Documentary program “Memorandum, sin of the unfinished text” was made in the production of Radio Television of Serbia. The author is Svetlana Janjićijević. The first part of this documentary explains how the text of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SANU) – Memorandum – came into the public eye, ie, in the newspaper “Vecernje novosti” and what were the reactions to the text by the leading political figures of Serbia, Ivan Stambolic, Dobrica Cosic and Slobodan Milosevic, as well as how the text was seen by Croatian and Slovenian politicians. They give their opinion on the document in addition to politicians and historians, sociologists, political scientists, writers and journalists. It features 25 speakers from Serbia and Croatia.

Filip Svarm’s documentary from 2007 gives an impression of the war in the Krajina, as well as the political and military details of fall of Krajina and subsequent exodus of the Serbian population. The second part of this documentary talks about the reasons why the text of the memorandum is interpreted as a war-racing and nationalist one, what was the national position of Serbs in the former Yugoslavia, and how the memorandum was quoted in the indictment of Slobodan Milosevic at the Hague Tribunal as “evidence of the plan for the creation of a big Serbia” .
