Bosnian Book of the Dead – War Losses in Bosnia and Herzegovina 1991 – 1995

Bosnian Book of the Dead (2012) a list of 95,940 names of the killed and missing in the war of ’92 -’95. in Bosnia and Herzegovina, compiled by the Sarajevo Research and Documentation Center, by Mirsad Tokače. In four volumes, the victims were identified by the name and surname, the names of the parents, the date and place of birth, their nationality, the information about whether they are civilians or soldiers, the army to which the soldiers belonged, with the date and place of their death.

The specialized information agency, which provides regular, comprehensive information on developments in the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and International Criminal Court (ICC). The Internet service of the Sense Tribunal contains documentary, audio and visual material, authentic military, government and political documents, reports from The Hague Tribunal. The documentary database contains more than a thousand hours of complete testimonies of surviving witnesses, family members of victims, prosecution investigators, forensic experts, defendants who have acknowledged participation in crimes and other witnesses who helped to reconstruct the events, military documents, maps, aerial photographs and photographs of places of crimes, as well as videos made at the time of the events, introduced into evidence at the trials.

“He” is a monograph by the famous cartoonist Predrag Koraksic Koraks. The monograph contains a collection of caricatures in which he immortalized Slobodan Milosevic’s regime, personified in the figures of Mirjana Markovic, Vojislav Seselj, Dragan Tomic, Vlajko Stojiljkovic, Nikola Sainovic and others. It is an attempt by an individual to re-examine the attitude of the authorities in war-time Sarajevo to persons of another nationality, specifically to the Serbs.
