“He” is a monograph by the famous cartoonist Predrag Koraksic Koraks. The monograph contains a collection of caricatures in which he immortalized Slobodan Milosevic’s regime, personified in the figures of Mirjana Markovic, Vojislav Seselj, Dragan Tomic, Vlajko Stojiljkovic, Nikola Sainovic and others.
